It's like 2 or 3 steps up from the small poly ribbon, found in big rolls at supermarkets, that you might find attached to balloons. A small bit of callus on your finger can ruin the material slightly.The color looks to be as advertised in the listing, and the ribbon was wrapped around a circle of styrofoam when I received it. Funny story there. In some strange, psychopathic whim, I somehow thought that it would be wise to unspool the ribbon to measure it, but disregarded how long 24 or 25 yards of material can truly be. As the ribbon unfurled, it was like I was watching my future fade away before my very eyes. So in the end, I did, in fact, not measure and verify it's length, but instead spent about 35 minutes rewrapping the ribbon neatly around my finger. It was a test of my patience. That's for sure.All in all, I would say that this kind of material is great for one off things. I wouldn't use it for ribbon bookmarks meant for adults; I do not think it would age well. But it would work great for making bows to elevate some presents.And the width was about 19/32 of an inch, which is about 0.59 of an inch, as stated in the listing.

It’s a basic pink ribbon, but will work great for wrapping presents. I like these kinds of ribbon over typical gift wrap type ribbons because they can be reused by the recipient. Gift-wrap types get bent out of shape and usually get tossed. So I like these for that purpose. It does seem a little thin so I’d be unlikely to use it on a sewing project. Just a wee bit flimsy for that.Honestly, the styrofoam spool was not a great surprise at first, but I’m actually pretty excited about it now. I can stick a pin right through the end of the ribbon and into the styrofoam, so it’s totally secure for storing. Never worked great for a cardboard spool.

I got the pink ribbon. It is a baby pink, and the fabric is some sort of satin or satin finish. You get quite a lot. It says it is for gift wrapping, but I think you could use this for sewing projects. It is the perfect pink ribbon for a baby-doll-style dress or another high-waisted dress that looks good with trim. High quality.

Honestly, I can't believe how inexpensive this ribbon was. It's as high quality as *other brands* (you know which ones) that sell you 4 yards for the same price. It's smooth and snag free, beautifully shiny, soft like a good satin ribbon should be, isn't thin or flimsy feeling, and the color is gorgeous. With 24 yards, I can use it for several projects. Ribbon embroidery, tying gifts up (a nice real satin ribbon always feels nicer than cheap plastic ribbon), hair bows, book marks, peasant blouse draw strings and ties, and basically anything you can think of that a nice satin ribbon would be good for! Great price, great quality, and plenty of yardage :) I'm a happy camper.

Nice roll of ribbon. Has a nice feel to it and it ties easily enough. Will be great for making small bows and for wrapping presents when you have pink themed paper. I thought the price was reasonable for how much you get. The roll it comes on is annoying though since there isn't anything to keep the whole roll from unrolling into a mess.

Ribbon is soft, silky lovely light pink. It is one the thinner side and edges did fray when cut. However, it is pretty and will work ok for craft projects and gift wrapping, it doesn't have a heavy body to tie stiff bows but still looks nice. It's a good amount for the cost.

This is very nice ribbon for gift-wrapping. It’s higher quality than much of the poly ribbon sold for wrapping presents, and lower quality than actual satin fabric ribbon. It ties into pretty, neat bows. Try to cut the tails of your bow in one clip or it’s easy to end up with a frayed look. This is a lovely, very soft, very feminine color, like ballet tights and slippers. 24 yards is enough to prettily wrap a ton of presents! I am happy with this ribbon.

Correct size and material, but the color is very different in person than in the picture. I was expecting a pastel pink and in person it’s basically neon. I won’t be able to use it for the project I had in mind.

It comes in different colors and will make a pretty bow. There are other purposes for the ribbon too, limited only by the user's imagination.
