These little 2.6" square tin containers are awesome! There's many uses for them. However, I use them for jewelry making. I put beads, gemstones, or hand painted cabochons (no hole) in them. And with the window, I can see what the contents are. Sometimes I use them for scrapbooking by gluing a magnet on the back so I can put it on the wall magnet board. These work great for me. You can also use them for candy, snacks, treats for your dog, a small gift container, (glue magnet) stick to your refrigerator, medications, spices, etc. The lid stays on firmly (but still easy to open) so you don't have to worry about spilling which is nice.

Each tin came individually wrapped in plastic. They were all packaged in a sturdy box. Would definitely buy again.

Once these arrived, I immediately washed them in the dishwasher which worked well. I've then placed spices in them and use them for small ingredients (like chopped garlic) in the fridge and they work great. They are light and I like the clear lid because you can see what is inside.

There is actually room in the box for 10 tins, so the seller should maybe offer the tin that way so the box is full.The quality of the tins is OK.I had gotten these to use for spice containers, but I discovered that they are not air proof, so I will be using these tins for beads, buttons, small craft and sewing stuff instead.

I love these little tins for all kinds of things. Herb mixes. Seasoned salt mixes. Craft items. You can't go wrong. Easy to see what's inside and they stack well too.

We grow herbs, dry and chop them for cooking. With these tins, we can experiment with different mixtures of herbs, which is a lot of fun when you enjoy cooking. We package herbs as gifts as well. We like the clear tops so you can see what’s inside. These are just the right size for our purposes. Obviously, there are many other ways to use them - they are good quality tins, and would work for many crafters storing beads, jewels, etc.

These boxes are small but well made with a good fitting top. So far the clear area of the top has stayed very clear, not turning yellow or cracking or scratched up. Extremely lightweight metal box, aluminum alloy of some kind is my guess.

These little tins are great! They have so many uses and the fact that there is a clear window, you can easily see what is inside. They are great in the garage for storage of nails and screws. My wife, however, has already claimed them for one of her projects. In this case, she wants to try her hand at candle making. She also makes her own spice mixes, so they can possibly be used for that. Whatever the case, she is excited to get them too. The reason I knocked off one star is the price. At over 1.50 each, I find it pricey.

I have been making earrings and these containers will be a nice little touch for shipping my earrings. The lids fit securely on the container. There are so many options you could use these for such as crafts - for organizing and holding small items, in the kitchen for herbs, or in playtime with your children. The tins are well made and you won't go wrong with getting these tins.

I use these for some of my candles! Love this product!

I purchased these for spices. They work perfectly in my 21 drawer industrial card file cabinet I placed in my pantry which holds my cooking utensils, recipes and many other small items that I find hard to find storage for.

I have some of these holding craft supplies stuck to a magnetic strip on my craft cart, some in a drawer with office supplies, and some in the kitchen for spices. They are super versatile and the lids stay on well.

Will buy again. Have bought these before and I love them. Use them for my spice collection. Highly recommend this product.

I put magnets on the back of some so that they stick to the refrigerator.With a few others, I put magnets under my kitchen cabinets. That way the spices I use frequently are at my fingertips by the stove.The lids stay on tightly, even when the tin is turned upside down. Yet, the lids are easy to get off. (Two common problems with so many tins that these tins do not have. Yeah!)These are very handy. I will buy more as needed.I make my own spice mixes. That way I am sure they do not contain MSG, or wheat which is now used in many spice mixes as a filler. These little tins are great for giving the spice mixes as gifts.Here is my favorite recipe for Taco Seasoning: 1 cup chili powder - 384 calories 1/4 cup salt - 0 2 tablespoons cumin - 0 2 tablespoons Mexican oregano – 0 2 tablespoons cilantro optional: 1 tablespoon garlic powder - ( I prefer to add fresh garlic into my recipes, so I omit the garlic powder in my seasoning mix)Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.Store in an airtight container.* Use about 1 tablespoon per pound of ground beef. Use about 1/2 tablespoon per pound of chicken.Makes about 24 tablespoons - 16 calories per tablespoonThey can also be used for storing all sorts of little things: nails, screws, washers, candy, tiny toy accessories, etc. Very handy tins to keep around.

When I got these, I had considered getting them for spices, but instead ended up using these for beads or finished earrings.WHAT ARE THESE LIKE?These boxes come in a cardboard box individually wrapped in plastic bags. The lid fits pretty tight on the metal base, and there is a window in the top so you can see what is inside.AIRTIGHT?These are pretty snug, but not air tight.SPICES?If I wanted to keep spices in this such as whole nutmeg, or other whole peppercorns etc, I would consider that. However for spices and herbs that require airtight storage, I would not use these.BEADS?These boxes are better for my finished earrings, sets of earring materials for something I plan to make in multiples, or individual beads that I want to store.THE BOTTOM LINEThese boxes are handy to have. They are square so easy to store, but are not airtight for certain herbs or spices. I prefer them for beads, findings, or small jewelry.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. I kind of wish these were a bit tighter, but they are still nice boxes. They are more like four and a half, but I can only do whole stars, so I am putting it at four. I would buy these again.

So cute I bought them before I had a use for them. Have now set myself the challenge of finding teeny tiny presents for the whole family’s Xmas gifts, that can fit in identical little boxes. Cos basically I’m a bit odd. These little metal boxes are as described, well made still very very cute!

I use these in my office for storage of paper clips, push pins, erasers, key tags, cell batteries, etc. I have them in a bin, stand them up on their side and label them. It looks neat and organized and I don't have to root around in drawer for them. I can pick them up without opening them and see what I have on hand.

The size of these cans is perfect for holding refrigerator magnets. I got glued a magnet on the bottom of the van so it hooks on the side of my refrigerator. The clear top allows me to easily see what’s in the can.

These 4oz. tins are great for so many items. I am using them to store homemade spice mixes, beads, buttons, coins in my vehicles, and numerous other items. The lids seal tightly so there is no worry about the items spilling out even when knocked off a shelf.

I love nice tea from tea shops, but never end up brewing it. The little bags get wedged into the back of my pantry and forgotten. I was looking for an organized way to store these in clear view, and this item seemed like a great solution.I am so happy I found these. I had looked at similar ones from Bed, Bath, and Beyond but these are much larger and hold more. The window makes it easy to see how much I have left and they stack great.I used my Dymo label maker to note each tea and the brewing instructions. Plenty of room on these for labels. I am so pleased every time I open my pantry and plan to order more for the future. Great, quality practical organizing solution!

These 4oz ones are the perfect size for spices as the measuring spoon can get in and get spices without it being too tight of a space.The lid is clear, but that part feels like plastic and I find myself wondering how long before it breaks...? So far so good.The base is metal and sturdy and the lid fits really tight and doesn't come off even if you turn them over.

Bought these to help organise my spice cupboard.Great product, good price!

Nice tins, easy to open and nice seal. One issue is that the plastic top is thin, very thin so do not think it will last long sadly

I use them for beads and gems and the clear lid makes it easy to spot when looking for something in particular. Sturdy, stainless and can stack neatly. Be good for spices as well .. maybe will get some more.

These little square tins could be used for hundreds of different things, crafts, game pieces, candies, and more. Very nice.
